The only way to get those channels to download guide listing was to enter MA zip codes which then got rid of all my CT guide listing. I am also on a discussion with Rovi on this via Twitter. 3/16/2016 update: I have received reports that the guide is now updating correctly and in my environment it now I haven't found and any problems created by this new program. so in my situation because it was analog cable I am able to run MC setup on both machines and get my working channel lineup but I lost all my scheduled

  • I use Comcast on WMC with Ceton 4.
  • I have tried to do the TV signal setup process in Media Center again and I still have not TV guide.
  • Could that be the reason it is reporting missing files for playback?
  • This workaround seems to potentially no address any of those three situations so the requirement there will most likely be a fix from Microsoft.
  • When I go to "edit channels" I can see the digital channels, but no data is shown for the current program.

Reply Cameron Fuller July 25, 2015 If you have run the MediaCenterRecoveryTask and you can't get anywhere now I would recommend removing the features for Media Center and re-adding it. Some time after the analog signals were terminated some of the stations changed their broadcast frequencies. FYI 60640 in Chicago has no guide so off to find a different zip code.

I went ahead and ran through the whole WMC setup, My OTA channels work fine in the guide, however; not so much for the cable channels in the guide.
