Had an old keyboard on hand which works perfectly, but now both keyboards work, YAY! Instant success. I am typing on it right now with this message. How do you deal with a picky eater on a backpacking trip?

Mac Trackpad Problems

I finally found the answer: Unplug the keyboard, wait five minutes and plug it back in. Thank you for posting this, from both me and my wallet. I an't belive I broke two of thier keyboards.

Then my keyboard started working again. This finally got it to work for me. I have been struggling with this issue for weeks, finally giving up with a work around (crappy old Dell USB keyboard). I had to persevere and I could actually see the minute particles of dirt on the ball and ran on clean new paper.

I got this wired mouse since December last year, and it is still working fine for me.
