I updated from 8.1 to 10 and have lost all of my power options. I just got a new computer made by a computer shop with Windows XP Pro SP-2 and had the same problem, as do many people. Still, it's a nice inclusion, and much easier to use than the Windows 7 and 8's old "power plans".
We performed two complete system scans...no help. tried the restore defaults, still does it. I have manipulated the timer settings via personalize>lock screen>screen saver settings, as well as control panel>hardware and sound>power options. Almost went back to Windos 8.
