Windows Media Player Seek Bar Not Working Wmv

I get black video or only audio when importing a video file in Windows Movie Maker DXVA What is DXVA? I can not believe that Microsoft "by design" stopped to enable the seek bar for MPEG files with version 11. Also all these video files show no > >> >length in the library. However, when I start playing a song from Windows Explorer, I can seek fine. have a peek here

Windows media player 11 problem? The DVDs play in Windows Media Player, but the seek bar doesn't work.
