I downloaded "Windows Fixit". The one thing with this is you have to get .net installed on your system or the Microsoft FIXIT doesn't work.It's a pain to have to do all of this. I can't believe that's what did it, but it sure looks that way. So even thou SP3 comes with IE6 (which MS is trying to phase out), they phased it out on their update site. Fix it.
