I remember when I worked at a computer repair shop 6 or so years ago I encountered it on a lot of computers running Windows XP. I did 100 different things & nothing helped. This time, I've only installed the NIC driver & then went to the ECS (motherboard) site & downloaded their newest XP drivers for the Chipset, VGA, Sound etc. That was an old update, so I doubt that I'll continue to have problems with updates sticking. this contact form

This morning I looked & my system "LOOKED" like it was locked up. It has been unused for about 5 years. ANY help is appreciated. Hopefully this will help.
